As people grow up, their responsiblities and problems become harder and in a greater amonut; they begin to get stressed easily and lose their their patience. To get rid of stress, a lot of people choose to smoke and drink. They go to bars or clubs to give themselves a "break". However, this leads people either to have problems sleeping or with their work efficiency.
I have an uncle named Ben. He was a typist in a small newspaper company, and barely made enough to support him and his family. Every single day he complained about how picky his boss was and how his other coworkers were loafing on the job. Once he got home, he got mad at his wife because she either didn't do his laundry or that the dinner didn't taste good. When he went to his son's room to check what he was doing, he once again got mad because his son got a "B" on one of his tests. After all this, he went to bed in a bad mood. And the next day, the cycle would repeat. Do you see what the problem is? He kept putting more pressure and stress on Is there a place or a thing can make this stress go away and make someone truly relaxed? Well, maybe it happens when you go to heaven. There is another person that I know. He was my neighbor who was also a typist and worked in the same company as Ben. Every time I saw him, he was always had a big smile on his face. My uncle always wondered what was wrong with him and how he could be so happy all the time. He had the same job as him, so it didn't make sense. One day we both walked up to him and asked why he was so happy all the time. He said that he was proud that he was helping a part of his community and his "picky" boss was just trying to help out. "What a good teacher!" he said. We were shocked, but we were still curious as to why he was always in such a good mood. He smiled and said he felt very satisfied with his life, because he got everything that he needed. A big house, a beautiful wife, two lovely children, and a fun job; he was happy that he had enough food to feed them everyday. He was also happy Everyday people go to school and work. The only side they see is that school and work are hard and boring, but do they really try to change their attitudes to see the other side of "bad things"? One meal may not be worth very much, but it may save the life of a homeless person or a small animal. People may pick on you and hurt you, but you have to know that they are teaching you a lesson that you can avoid next time. The key to making stress to vanish is inside yourself, not others. The attitude you face your problems with leads your emotions. If you are dealing with something that you don't like, turn on the "positive switch". Change your view and make it better. Remember to always be thankful.
