Why does the rain always stops before PE?

It's 1;30, and it starts to rainy outside. I cheered up by the rain, because we won't have any PE if it's rainy. However, like everyone else, I am worrying about the rain might stop before PE like it always do.
The rain was really hard but the sky was still blue and clear, this one of the weird thing about Saipan too. 1;40, YES! Five more minutes we r gonna go to the library and go on facebook! I took a big bite of cake while I was imaging..
"What the hell?!!?! The rain stop!!!" I turned around and look through the window, it's nice and shine outside... OMG this is not good... It means we r having PE like usual again.. Suddenly the cake in my mouth tastes bitter rather than sweet.
How many times did this happen again? Isn't it every single time?? What is the problem with this? Is it only because the weather itself? Well, this is the main problem but I am sure there's something else.
In ancient China, drought happens very often. People would begging for the rain by all gathering together to show their　sincerity to the rain god. Same as the movie Avatar, the villagers in Pandora　believes the biggest power comes from uniting everyone together. So basically its a spirit effect.


Lets look at the problem again from the spiritual side. Since everyone is thinking that the rain will stop before PE, this spiritual information effect everything around, including external factors.. BLAH BLAH BLAH..
This is my explanation about the facts that the rain stops before PE, so if you see this, next time please don't think about the rain to stop,, just think about that the Typhoon will come and blow the school up.. (Just kidding ;p)
